5BR w/ Heated Pool + BBQ | Sleeps 12 | Near Trails

We had a great time, the house fit all our needs! A few patio things were damaged or missing, but all in all its a rental and things get broke or lost. We felt comfortable and had fun!

This house fit the needs of 3 families wanting a house to spend spring break on a budget. The floor plan allowed us to spread out - loved the big kitchen and centeral gathering area. The living room could use additional (comfotable) furniture for it being a bigger house as there wasn't a place for us all to sit when watching TV together. Unfortuntely, we won't be visiting again. Upon arrival the lock box did not work. After several attempts of contacting the host, a handyman was finally sent to the house. In the meantime, all 12 of us sat out in front of the house which was not in the best neighborbood (hungry, tired and needing to use the restoom). The other big bummer was the back outside area. Since we are on a budget we were looking forward to enjoying the fun games we saw in the photos. Instead almost everything was broken and we were unable to use such as giant connect four, pool volleyball net, pool basketball hoop, cornhole and ping pong. The entire back area seemed like it could have had a lot of potential however it was very rundown and tired looking. Overall, our experience staying here wasn't horrible however it did not meet our expectations in many ways.

I ran out of room, trying to write this review because of how long it actually should be. The listing is very misleading, and the condition of the property was horrible! They attempted to fix the problems, but most of them couldn’t be fixed in the time we were there, and we had people interrupting our entire vacation with all of the problems we had. Here is a list of the things that were misleading on the property listing. 1. Broken door lock on slider. Extremely unsafe and the area the house was in seemed unsafe with lots of transient people on the other side of the cement wall/fence in the backyard. 2. Corn hole game broken 3. Shredded and filthy rug with rotten orange on it. 4. All cushions outside filthy with animal hair 5. Missing chaise lounge chairs per pictures 6. Two broken not functioning shade umbrellas 7. Broken fence slats 8. Broken pool skimmer net 9. Random trash scattered all around yard. 10. Pool filthy dirty 11. Leaning gazebo post 12. Patio concrete stained, dirty and chipped 13. Front door handle loose and dirty. (Not very welcoming) 14. Lamp in bedroom broken 15. Ice machine broken 16. Stained carpet throughout house 17. Windows all filthy dirty 18. Mildew in cracks of shower tile 19. Chase lounge chairs rickety and not stable and one very broken 20. Dirt path on other side of cement wall that is higher than the wall where transient people, people on bikes, etc walking by and can look fully into the backyard. Zero privacy which was not men

The property is large, clean and well managed. All of the beds were extremely comfy, which is rare for rentals! I will definitely stay here again next time I come out for Spring Training

This house has ample room and lots of beds. Perfect for a family gathering. The kitchen is big enough for everyone to move around. It has a big dining table as well as bar stools to eat at the kitchen counter. We rented a car and found most things were no more than 30 minutes away. Pool was a good size and backyard was clean. I think the pool heat shuts off every 24 hours, that or we just couldn't figure out how to use it. The house is a little dated, photos are representative of the house, it's just a little older in person. Communication with the manager was great. They were very quick to respond and pleasant to deal with. We had an issue with one of the sinks and they sent a plumber first thing in the morning to have it fixed.
